MAKE HUMAN

MakeHuman is a free open source software that generates 3D humanoids, similar to Poser or DAZ Studio. Its very helpfull to make a photorealistic character in a couple of minutes.
It makes extensive use of university research in accurately modelling the human form and generating a correct and reusable 3d topology.
A light and professional mesh optimized for subdivision, with all the necessary edges to generate animation in the correct pose.
The meshes can be exported to obj or collada formats.
Available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
